We can sell any product we stock in our stores and ship it to you, even if we don't carry it on our E-Commerce site. Call us and place a PHONE order at: 1-855-208-3597 (toll-free) or call any of our stores directly. We answer during our regular store hours (Monday - Saturday 10:00AM - 7:30PM, Sunday Noon - 6:00PM Atlanta time (Eastern Daylight Savings Time).
Full price unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. In-store purchases can be returned to any store for a refund with original purchase receipt and, if applicable, the credit card on which it was purchased. Items without receipts may only be exchanged for merchandise or store credit. Items purchased with credit cards will be refunded to the original card; cash purchases will be refunded by mailed check. Sorry, but NO CASH REFUNDS are provided. Online (E-Com) purchases can be returned to any store, or you can mail the item to our warehouse by requesting a return authorization. We ship using UPS, and make outbound shipments on Monday through Friday. We ship to verifiable U.S. street addresses only (we cannot ship to a post office box.) For orders over $100 we offer FREE UPS Ground shipping. Under $100, we charge a flat fee of $9.95 for first pair, $4.95 per additional pair in the same order. We prefer to ship UPS ground, since this reaches most of our Atlanta and North Georgia customers as quickly as expedited rates. However, we can offer expedited rates to our customers, including UPS 2nd-Day Air, and UPS Next-Day Air, at additional cost determined by your delivery zip code and shipment weight.
Most in-stock orders ship within two business days from the time we receive the order, whether placed by phone or through our E-Commerce cart. We are happy to place special orders for out-of-stock or hard-to-get footwear (many retailers won't) but this can involve a lead time of 10-20 days. We'll track it down for you if at all possible! We'll provide you our best estimate of when we can get the shoes to you.
We accept only charge cards for payment (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover.) We also accept Paypal for E-Commerce purchases online (not currently available for in-store purchases.) We must have a verifiable address in order to process the card. If the address you give us to ship to is not the same as the address the card is verified to be billed to, additional security procedures are required.
Shipments delivered within the State of Georgia must include the appropriate sales tax on merchandise price. Shipments delivered outside of Georgia do not require sales tax.
