Fitness training can involve a lot of different disciplines, including treadmill walking and running, weight training (machines or free weights), exercise machines, spinning, and floor exercises. Your feet must be empowered to connect to the ground and move in any direction, so you do not want to use running or court shoes for this. We recommend Minimalist shoes, or low drop general purpose athletic shoes.
