Key Responsibilities
- Engage & Educate:
- Greet every customer warmly; ask thoughtful questions to identify needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits—shoes, accessories, and services—in person, by phone, or online.
- Deliver Seamless Service:
- Execute store processes flawlessly: inventory management, POS transactions, order fulfillment, and returns.
- Proactively resolve challenges to leave customers delighted.
- Champion Our Brand:
- Maintain inviting displays and ensure accurate product knowledge.
- Assist with e-commerce orders and digital tools like Google Docs and email.
- Must-Have
- Reliable transportation to Buckhead, East Cobb, and Little Five Points.
- Open availability, including weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs (fixtures or product) safely—or ask for assistance when needed.
- Age 18 or over.
- Consistently reliable, punctual, honest, and enthusiastic.
- Be a positive, energetic communicator who truly loves helping people.
- Tech-savvy enough to manage our POS, online orders, and internal systems.
- Core Traits
- Quick learner: Absorb product lines and procedures, then share that expertise.
- Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment with a smile.
- Detail-oriented: take pride in accuracy and follow-through.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail or foot-health experience.
- Previous customer service background.
