A solid set of insoles can make a huge difference to your foot health and the comfort of your shoes! However, insoles eventually become old and worn out, and that is when they are no longer going to do you any good. So, how do you know when to replace your insoles?
With normal use, a pair of high-quality, store-bought insoles should last between six and nine months. If you are putting more than the average wear and tear on your shoes, then they should last three to six months before they need to be replaced. There are many factors that will shorten or lengthen how long insoles will last you. We’ve placed our top three below! Insole Quality A good-quality, well-made insole will last longer than a cheap one.
